Declaration & Publishing Consent - EAPD 2026

By submitting an abstract and/or full paper to the EAPD 2026 Congress, the Author(s) hereby declare and confirm the following:
  • Consent to Publication:
    I / We are aware that the submitted and finally accepted version of the paper will be published according to the arrangements made by the EAPD 2026 Organizing Committee. Submission of the abstract and/or full paper constitutes the consent of all authors to publication (e.g. Congress website, program, proceedings, open-access publication platforms, etc.).
  • Originality & Exclusivity:
    I / We declare that the submitted abstract/full paper is original, has not been published or presented before, and is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
    (Authors are encouraged to verify their submissions for duplicate publication or plagiarism using a free online plagiarism checker before submission.)
  • Acknowledgement of Sources:
    I / We declare that all sources have been fully acknowledged and all quotations properly cited.
  • Conflict of Interest:
    I / We confirm that there are no known conflicts of interest related to the scientific content of the submitted abstract/full paper.
  • Intellectual Property Compliance:
    I / We confirm that due consideration has been given to the protection of intellectual property, and that there are no barriers (including timing of publication) to its presentation and publication.
    I / We confirm that all institutional regulations regarding intellectual property have been followed.
  • Authorship Confirmation:
    I / We confirm that the abstract/full paper has been read and approved by all named authors.
    I / We confirm that no other individuals who meet authorship criteria have been omitted and that the order of authorship has been mutually agreed upon by all authors.
  • Rights Assurance:
    I / We warrant that the content of the abstract/full paper does not infringe on any third-party rights, including but not limited to privacy rights and intellectual property rights.
  • License for Use:
    I / We grant the EAPD 2026 Organizers a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to reproduce, publish, distribute, and display the text of the full paper in congress-related outputs.
  • Corresponding Author Responsibilities:
    I / We understand that the Corresponding Author is the sole contact throughout the review and publication process, and is responsible for communicating with all co-authors regarding progress, revisions, and final approvals.
  • Accurate Contact Information:
    I / We confirm that the contact details provided in the system belong to the Corresponding Author, who will be notified about the status of the submission.
  • Presentation Requirement:
    I / We understand that the presenting author must be a registered participant of EAPD 2026.
  • Compliance and Removal Rights:
    I / We understand that the Organizers reserve the right to remove from publication or presentation any scientific work that does not comply with the policies outlined herein.
  • Topic Allocation:
    I / We understand that while a preferred topic/category may be suggested during submission, the EAPD 2026 Scientific Committee reserves the right to reassign the abstract/paper to the most appropriate topic based on scientific relevance.
  • Ethical Conduct:
    I / We confirm awareness and adherence to the ethical standards and professional code of conduct applicable to international scientific congresses such as EAPD 2026.
